All pork is sold by the hanging weight. It is $4.00 per pound, plus $1 per pound to the butcher. Each animal has a $115 processing fee paid to the butcher, J&L butcher shop in Medway. They're a USDA inspected facility.
1/2 pork is approximately 100lbs.
**$100 deposit required - remainder will be paid in person.
